District Plans

District 126's work is guided by seven Board-approved plans that, together, support our mission, vision, and singular goal of ensuring students graduate ready for college, career, and life. These plans provide a comprehensive roadmap for our district's future and help align decision-making, resources, and priorities across the organization.

At the center of this work is Vision 2030, the district's strategic plan, which establishes our long-term direction and priorities. Supporting this framework are five companion plans that focus on key operational and instructional areas: Academics Vision 2030, Innovate 2030, the Artificial Intelligence Implementation Plan, the Crisis Plan, the Long Range Financial Plan, and the Facilities Master Plan.

Together, these six plans ensure that District 126 remains focused on student success while providing a clear path for academic excellence, innovation, financial stewardship, facility improvements, and future-ready learning opportunities. By aligning our efforts across these interconnected plans, we are building a strong foundation for the next generation of ZeeBees and the communities we serve.
