Strategic Plan

We are proud to share that District 126 is bringing the 2021‑2025 Strategic Plan for Improvement to a close and charting a new course with our Vision 2030 Plan. Anchored to the statewide Illinois Vision 2030 framework, the upcoming plan builds on the progress of the past four years while shifting our focus to the future.

Vision 2030 is organized around three interdependent pillars—Future‑Focused Learning, Shared Accountability, and Predictable Funding—that will guide every initiative, resource decision, and partnership. Together, these pillars position Zion‑Benton to deliver innovative learning experiences, maintain transparent responsibility for results, and ensure the stable financial foundation our community deserves.

The 2021‑2025 Strategic Plan will remain available on our website through November, allowing the community to reflect on our shared progress before it gradually fades to make room for the forward-looking Vision 2030 Plan, which can also be explored here.
