Email

Staff email is provided via Office 365 and provides staff with an @zb126.org email address.  ZB∙IT maintains distribution lists that include all certified/classified staff at each campus, but individual users can create distribution groups for smaller projects or other needs.

Student email is provided via G Suite for Education.  All ZBTHS student emails are @students.zb126.org

SPAM Filtering

ZB∙IT filters unsolicited or malicious emails via a 3-tier filter.  The first stops obvious scams, phishing attempts, and malware and will not ever be seen by email users.  Email records in this quarantine are kept for 14 days.  The second-tier filters junkmail into the junk folder in the email client.  Email users can categorize or remove emails via their email client.
