Illinois state law requires the following items to be on file with the Human Resource Office during your employment with ZBTHS District 126:
Required of ALL New Staff:
- Online Application/Resume
- Health Exam at an employee's expense.
- I-9 Employment Eligibility Report Form
- Abused and Neglected Child Mandated Reporter Form
- Criminal Background Check
Also required for Licensed Staff:
- OFFICIAL Transcripts - for all schools attended.
- Illinois Teaching License - valid with a proper endorsement for a teaching position. Registered with the Lake County Regional Office of Education.
- Verification of Prior Years of Service.
All Certified Vacancies REQUIRE the appropriate STATE OF ILLINOIS LICENSURE.
